🎅🤠 Guess who rode into town? Cowboy Santa and Mrs. Claus visited RES during lunch! They brought the holiday spirit Texas-style, reading the beloved Texas Night Before Christmas to our students. Oh, to see the smiles and hear the laughter as we celebrated with Chili Frito Pie during lunch—Texas style!
🎄🤠 Tonight’s the big night! Texas Christmas has been a long-standing tradition at Rusk Elementary School, but this year, we’re adding a new twist!

Dust off your cowboy boots and wear your best western attire for some Texas-sized holiday fun.
We can’t wait to see everyone there for an evening full of music, bingo, and holiday cheer. Let’s make it a Texas Christmas to remember!

We are excited to start a new tradition at Rusk ISD! More information will be sent home with the Kindergarten classes and the Senior class about our Kindergarten /Senior Walk scheduled for Friday, November 1st before the football game. We hope to see you all there!
