🌞🌑✨Our students had an out-of-this-world experience today as they dove into the upcoming solar eclipse with a hands-on presentation given by Mr. Crothers. Our young astronomers were fully engaged and ready to witness the magic of the skies. We appreciate him greatly for giving of his time to share his scientific knowledge with us.
Our school will be participating in observing the solar eclipse firsthand! This event is not only awe-inspiring but also provides a fantastic chance for our students to explore science, astronomy, and the wonders of the universe.
Safety is our top priority. Rest assured, we have taken all necessary precautions to ensure that our students can enjoy this event safely. We will provide certified solar eclipse glasses for all participants, and our teachers will supervise the viewing to ensure proper eye protection and guidance.
We encourage you to engage with your child about the upcoming solar eclipse! Talk to them about what they're learning in school, encourage their curiosity, and please reinforce the severity of safe viewing.
