RHS Mini Cheer Camp.
Registration forms are available at all campuses and can be turned in to a RHS cheerleader or the child's homeroom teacher by Wednesday, September 6.
When: Saturday, September 23 3-6 PM.
Where: RHS Old Gym.
**Camp fee is $35; This includes a t-shirt & a snack**
Campers will perform at the varsity home game on October 6 at 7:30
Varsity football game vs Crockett on 9/1/23. Game at Crockett start time changed to 8:00 p.m.

Please practice grace and courtesy at pick up and drop off, especially in the first few weeks as we refine our systems – our kids are watching and learning from us! Remember, if changes need to be made to your child’s transportation routine, please contact the office.
Students are expected to be picked up from the school campus promptly after dismissal unless they are participating in a school-sponsored after-school activity. A school employee will be responsible for monitoring students until everyone is picked up for the day, please be respectful of their time. In the event of an emergency late pick up, please contact the office.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Rusk High School is fully licensed to offer Cosmetology for the 2023-2024 school year! We can hardly wait to open the doors to our students on August 7, the first day of school!
We want to show our appreciation to many people. First, to our Cosmetology teacher, Ms. Redfield, for all the hours she spent making sure everything is perfect! Our maintenance department spent countless hours knocking down walls, putting walls up, painting, putting together equipment, and the list goes on and on. And, a thank you to the custodial staff for shining it all up!
The Rusk ISD team works together to ensure our students have the best! We look forward to welcoming the community to the facility in the fall semester.

New Student Enrollment for Rusk High School.
Enrollment will open on July 17th for any student that will be new to Rusk ISD for the 23-24 school year. If you are enrolling from another public school, homeschool or private school, please complete the process below:
1. Complete the online enrollment process using the link that can be found at the Rusk High School website at www.ruskisd.net. Click Schools > Select Rusk High School > Click Menu > Parents > Online Registration/Enrollment and select the appropriate option.
2. The RHS Registrar will call you once the online enrollment is complete to schedule an appointment to meet with your school counselor for course selection. If possible, please bring a copy of your most current transcript.

Parking permits will be sold during schedule pick up. Please bring your driver's license, copy of insurance and $10 to purchase your 23-24 parking permit.
