Friday, January 24th, is HOUSE HYPE Day, and we can’t wait to see everyone decked out in their House colors! 📈 Earn Points: +10 Participation Points for wearing your House colors! +20 Friday Attendance Points for showing up and showing out! 🏆 Virtual Shine Time Celebration at 8 AM! For the first time this school year, we’ll be hosting a virtual Shine Time to celebrate YOU, our amazing students! During Shine Time: We’ll give special “shout outs” to our standout students. Students will run from their classrooms, through the spirited hallways, to the office to receive their recognition. It’s going to be an unforgettable moment! 📢 School Holiday Reminder! Rusk Elementary will be closed on Monday, January 20th, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. This holiday honors the incredible legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a leader who championed equality, justice, and peace for all. We encourage our students and families to take this time to reflect on his vision and the importance of kindness, unity, and making a difference. 📅 Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 21st.
