TODAY we are launching our Ceiling Tile Project Fundraiser, where YOU get to purchase a ceiling tile and create a lasting piece of art for our school. The information will be sent home this week—this is your chance to make RES history!

RES Fun in the Sun Color Run Friday, May 16, 2025 @ Rusk Elementary School
Two Fun-Filled Events:
*Student Only Color Run Event 9AM $10 to participate and concession will be available for an additional cost. Students may fundraise to be eligible for prizes opportunities. *Community Color Run & Summer Kick Off 6-8PM This lively fun run is for all ages! The Community Event will be $10 a family at the gate and includes Color Run and access to all carnival-style stations. Food and concession will be available for an additional cost.

🎓 College T-Shirt Mondays at RES! 🎓 Don’t forget—Mondays at RES are all about dreaming big! 🎉 Students and staff are encouraged to wear their favorite college t-shirts each Monday to spark conversations about future goals and possibilities.

Our rotation teachers brought the energy and laughter with a hilarious skit that showed how we use our test-taking strategies to take down the STAAR!
With teamwork, determination, and a whole lot of RES spirit, our 3rd graders are ready to conquer the test like champions!
