🎓 Motivational Monday: College, Career, & Military Readiness! 🎓
This week, our Little Eagles are dreaming big and thinking about their futures!
Students are encouraged to wear college colors, military attire, or tech career shirts as we begin exploring the many paths that lead to success. At RES, we believe it’s never too early to start inspiring future goals and helping students see the endless possibilities ahead!

Don't forget to turn your clocks back one hour as Daylight Savings Time comes to an end.

Our 2nd graders brought their favorite storybook characters to life...pumpkin style! 🎃📚 Each pumpkin was a creative masterpiece inspired by a beloved book. We love seeing reading and imagination come together at Rusk Elementary!

Our Rusk Elementary students and staff had a spooktacular Halloween! Costumes, smiles, and even a little learning magic filled the day. 🎃📖🧡

What a wonderful day celebrating the joy of reading! 📚Rusk Elementary’s Storybook Character Parade brought stories, smiles, and imagination to life.

Our Rusk Elementary staff brought the storybooks to life yesterday during the Storybook Character Parade! From classic tales to new favorites, they never disappoint in making magic for our students.

It was such a treat hosting our special guests on campus today! 📚
Thank you to our district directors, central office staff, superintendent, and school board members for joining us for the RES Storybook Character Parade and admiring the 2nd grade Storybook Character Pumpkins. ❤️FCS Service Project: Warm Hearts, Warm Hands❤️

🙌 Student-Led FCS Wednesdays! 🙌
We love seeing our students take the lead as they gather for Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS). It’s a great time for encouragement, connection, and faith-filled fun after the school day. The next meeting is November 5th.

Our campus was bursting with color yesterday for Tie-Dye Day!

All art classes will be painting next week, so you may want to have your child "dress for the mess" on their art day!

Our RES students showed their support for making healthy, drug-free choices by wearing camo gear today! We’re proud to see our students standing strong together and showing that we can’t be seen with drugs! 💚

A big THANK YOU to our amazing RES PTO for making recess extra special today with tattoos and glitter for all students and surprising Mrs. Oliver with a Principal Appreciation video, flowers and gift basket. Your efforts truly brighten our campus and bring joy to our Eagles! 💛❤️💙💚🦅

RES Eagles battled it out in our House Color War to fight against drugs. Every student showed that choosing healthy, positive choices is always the winning color!
